i was stuck in the same situation for a while, my frustration drove me to backing my phone up and resetting it via itunes and it changed my other storage from 14 gigs to 2 gigs, would recommend it!

I searched for a looong time to try to figure out how to turn on explicit podcasts (i HATE explicit language but many mental health podcasts, for some idiotic reason, cannot be downloaded or played bc they are marked explicit… I need to hear these medical podcasts, but I sure hope I didn’t open the door to real vulgar trash as a result of turning explicit on??! oh nooooo. I usually reset it and put it somewhere secure (like keychain or a physical notebook). If it gives you a one-time code option, that should work too!
