Good story, I like the utter futility of resistance, which in this case is because of the sheer persistance of the alien.

im not very happy to say that it took me more than 10 minutes to figure out she didnt actually turn us into a child and it was just what the alien thought kidnapped meant

When you think about it she is actually doing what is sweet and loving according to her world view. Out of touch as she is, she cares. Plus the idea of being a pet to a larger being that loves me is an attractive concept…….yeah I have issues.
