Really thinking about when sundrop said he never had a friend, I realised that sundrop in the real game was never a bad guy in any way, he was really just wanting to make a friend and protect you from moondrop. And this might not be true, but he might kick you out of the daycare after the mission so you don’t turn the lights off again.
