Is anyone surprised by the prices ? With all of the videos online ( not just yours alone ) that show what has value and how much it can sell for .The thrift stores are getting smarter.

Not giving customers bags is a cost saving move. But the 2 Salvation Army stores near me quit giving bags, and never re-opened after being closed due to COVID-19. :-(

Love the big tortoise dog bed. Were a few things I would have grabbed for my dogs/my house....Store was nicely organized and clean.

Yeah, Savers even before the closings in all states, prices were high anyway. I would imagine when they open in my state they will try to recoup all their losses immediately, sad to think that a health crisis occurs and Savers will only think of the bottom line

I used to spend about $300 a pop when I would shop there - back when they did the 30% off for donating and the punch cards. Not anymore. I would love to be able to look over the accountant's shoulder and see the numbers!

SAVERS managers get directives on procing from corporate. Some managers are ambitious and want to drive their numbers. AND...it is 50% OFF every monday so they price to the 50% discount..Then you cam run the Senior 30% discount on Tuesday, the Thursday 25% and 20% coupons anytime. I just dont find anything worth buying...anymore. But that has to do with donations. Genetally when looking at clothing it is apx 5 year old fashions that you see. Which then reflects the quality or price point which people were buying 5 years ago. The determinant is the state of the economy and how much discreationary income people had back then. Since 08 it has been a different world.

I might have mentioned it before, Savers' prices on the West Coast are unbelievably high! Perhaps it has something to do with the chain being closed for the past several months or so...

They started getting higher and higher when they changed their promotions. MOndays are half price day so they price knowing that.

EAPG - Early American Pressed Glass or sometimes people refer to the P as Pattern glass.

Prices are out of control! Savers on long island doesn't have the 50% of days but they do have better prices on than your location. they have gotten more expensive though on everything
