Hi everyone I have removing some more parts from George but the weather been rubbish last couple of days. I have now got a engine hoist so work should continue tomorrow. I have also been sorting out collection of a replacement engine from a very kind person (Craig) So it's looking good for George. Thanks for watching 🤓👍

I recon you are finding the silver lining to to the cloud of Georges breakdown. Watching you find your own way through and your positive approach is great to see!! George should have his own fan club. Very best wishes to you.

my george has new electricals now incl a alternator just needs carb rebuilt and fit new brake cylinders so thanks for doing that video pat george on the roof he be right

Great progress, If I was nearer I'd offer some help. You are certainly turning things around. It'll be worth getting a quote for the transport of that engine - you might be surprised, nothing to lose finding out.

I have a hoist in norfolk that with a little notice to dismantle I could bring down to lift out and lift in an engine

Good work & good effort. Are you tempted to find a 1275 or are you sticking with a Moggy engine? Anyway, keep going👍

I did find one for sale but as been offered a good engine then I will say same. I have thought about a few different engines I have done couple of cvh fwd moggies before and they were fun to drive but it's not so easy to do what you want with dvla. Thanks for watching and thanks for the comment 🤓👍
