my fFriend, if you've seen the Imp and Skiz podcast with Jimmy, he was talking about his quick increase of subscribers. If you haven't, let me give you a one-sentence brief: Jim started recording shorts with a call for subscriptions, and it was leveraged on something that the community wanted - like a new profile picture or channel background... Man I wish you could work the system in a similar way, for example announce in a short that every new subscriber from this very short will get a chicken nametagged after their youtube handle.. you know, something random (that would require a lot of nametags though) but I feel it would give you a strong spike of new subscribers... I want you to have this growth because you deserve it, you're a hard-working creator and I respect passionate people like yourself. Hope you'll read this, if not then maybe you have already considered this idea on your own. Cheers mate.
