@chefjpanglo I guess, after seeing you in New York respecting the NY hustle. . .it is interesting to see you observe the same hardwork in a more serene work environment that ends up reflecting on the entire team. The special moment you and Camille are going through is also evident and a joy to see. And to top it all off, a great hotel, planespotting and flying!

One of the best food in the world na natikman ko talaga is Japanese food. Yung flavor, yung texture, amoy at yung freshness nya masasabi kong naiiba talaga sa pagkain ng ibang bansa. Ang sarap. Grabe 🫶

That chicken ovary with unfertilized egg barbecue is also famous in Bantayan Island Cebu. We call it Tago-angkan. Yummy! 😋

I'm an adventurous eater and believe in trying things at least once BUT eating raw chicken is where I draw the line. That is a no no as far as I'm concerned. I don't care even if the Japanese says it's okay. You can die from salmonella.
