Considering the damage I'm shocked at how well everything is fitting. Hats off to the paint shop for getting the pillar looking so well I've got a stage 2 M4 so I know that these are a handful in the dry and in January weather they are bum twitching

Really nice job. Please don't take this the wrong way but. The only thing I would have done differently would be . Paint the roof edges before fitting the roof. Apart from that brilliant job. I should think you are very happy.

I used stickoflex ( maybe spelt different) to fit a roof scoop to my old Impreza years ago , I was told is was good stuff, and sure enough I could hear the roof flexing at speed but the scoop never moved .these modern day bonding agents are superb. It's taking shape !

to be honest I think most people doubted it !... but you've done it!..it's going to look awesome when it's finished...

I worked with carbon fibre for a long time in the aeronautical and automotive industry. Just pay close attention to the roof as it will cop a lot of UV just like bonnets and boots. They can start to discolour and turn chalky over time. Looks great though and well done on your builds, I’m really looking forward to the TVR rebuild! Cheers Pat

Car is looking spot on !!! The carbon roof is looking amazing and it fit perfectly ! Luckily the glue also work very well by low temperature and now the windows are back in the car it is being already a super car !!! Feel happy for you !

Word of warning which I found out the hard way; The sparks coming out of the grinder are tiny pieces of molten metal and disc, they can leave burn marks in the paint and windows. The workshop is looking great! Really enjoying the content, thanks.

My M4 has a carbon fibre roof, only it's colour coded to the rest of car, so you would never know. That roof looks really smart with the original carbon fibre finish.

Looking good Dean, Hockenheim Silver is one of the best colours on the M2 comp and the carbon roof just makes it that bit better. Seems the car wasn’t as bad as it seemed initially. I’m about to do a front and rear seat swap in my OG. Fitting M4 seats
