120g pork
a pinch of black pepper
pinch of seasoning salt
1/2t soy sauce
1 garlic clove minced

Frying powder 3.5T(40g)
: Flour 3T (30g), potato starch powder 1T (10g), salt 1/4t (1g), baking powder 1/4t (1g))
2T (30 g) water
Cooking oil 1t (5g)
Cooking oil for frying 800mL
[Sauce]
150g water
Potato starch 8g (2t)
30g sugar (3T)
Vinegar 20g (2T)
3g (1/2t) soy sauce
1g (1/4t) salt
A pinch of ginger powder
20g carrots
15g cucumber
15g red onion
40g fruit cocktail
[how to make]
1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
2. Finely chop half a red pepper and one of garlic.
3. Mix frying powder and water in a ratio of 4:3 and add some cooking oil to make fried dough.
4. Combine seasoned meat and frying powder and fry for 5 minutes in oil preheated to 170 degrees.
5. Add 8g of potato starch powder to 150ml of water and stir well to make it white like milk.
6. Set the heat to medium and continue to stir while boiling until transparent (1-2 minutes)
7. When the starch water boils, add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and ginger powder.
8. Add prepared vegetables and stir, then turn off the heat when it starts to boil.
9. Close the lid of the sauce pot and wait for 1 minute before using.
[Cooking tips]
1. Pork is suitable for parts that do not contain a lot of fat. Sirloin, tenderloin, and neck are delicious.
2. Adjust the amount according to the spiciness of the red pepper and put it in.
3. When adding garlic and frying, if the temperature of the oil is too high, the frying meat may taste bitter, so adjust the temperature well.
4. If you put vegetables in a sauce containing vinegar and boil them for a long time, the color will turn yellow. Boil the vegetables only for 1-2 minutes.
