✅INGREDIENTS:
Desiccated coconut: 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Whipping cream: 200 ml to 250 ml
Fresh cream: 125 ml
Grated White chocolate : 1 cup or 3/4 cup
Condensed milk - 3/4 tin
Coconut milk powder: 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence:1/2 tsp
Gelatin : 2 tbsp and water 3 tbsp
Or China grass: 10 to 15 gm

I tried this and it was yummy..everyone loved it..only thing i was having a hard time getting stiff peaks..did you use non dairy whipping cream or is it the normal dairy cream…please reply as I’m planning to make it again for a party…

So glad that you liked the dessert. I used normal dairy cream. I remember that I kept my bowl and whisk in the freezer for sometime and then whisked it. Like that I got stiff peaks.
