We need explanation about steam turbine

I had an idea, am an inventor of a new type of high efficiency power plant, i design useing natural material characteristics and bunch them in the design roundabout. It’s uses sun rays in the 4 wave length types and it at surfaces and under to keep that 2,000 degree below even with opening insulated. I tryed to give the idea to G.E. CEO wrote a nice email back long ago, saying like the idea but GM policies they not allowed to accept outside idea, has to be through a company’s I could form.
