Saw Blade Cleaning Cut Comparison with Diablo Tools

#ad It’s time to change out my 80 tooth Diablo table saw blade…Or is it? Instead of tossing the old blade, I prefer to clean it for as long as possible. Is cleaning a saw blade worth it though, and what are some methods for cleaning it? I cover all of that plus a comparison of cuts between 1. An old and dirty saw blade, 2. An old and clean saw blade, and 3. A brand new saw blade.

I do both, clean and send out for sharpening. It does require having another blade to use while the other is out.

Yeah I'm sure planning around it being gone is doable, but knowing me I'd still end up needing it for some haha.
