Man I've at a sawmill for fifteen years. It's in my blood. Can't get enough if it. Now I'm in the middle of learning how to saw. Thanks for the video I enjoyed it 👍👍

It’s hrs to get away from my friend haha. Glad you enjoyed, I’m planing on doing plenty more! Just stay at it as you start sawing. It’s something that you never stop learning with! I’ve sawed on 4 different mills from my ratchet mill to a new Cleerman with a scanner which I saw in now. Don’t get discouraged, just push and enjoy

That was awesome! I'd love to work at a sawmill! I worked at a lumber company in the late 60's in Erie, Pa. as a young man and it was a challenge unloading boxcars full of wood when it had to be done by hand without gloves. My boss told me that's why we had Sundays off, to pick out the splinters! I'm retired now, living in NC and absorb my time woodworking in my garage mostly scroll sawing. Thanks for the video and I'm looking forward to the next one. God bless you and keep up the good work!

We don't use wood any more for rail road ties they are now made of fiber glass and composite .a dieing business we still need to build homes though. Wood rots and composite doesn't
@woodswaterandjesus49513 жыл бұрын
I heard they used concrete years ago to see how that went and they ended up going back to wood. I’d say the fiberglass would be more cost efficient. What area are you in
