I can attest to this!!......I have had keloid issues, done surgery & did the radiation the day after & they COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED.....just dark scars left after radiation....it’s expensive but WORTH IT, those with keloid issues will understand how stressful they are

Loved the presentation and explanation of the procedure. I would have loved it if you had shown before and after pictures of treated keloids. I’ve had a keloid on my chest for years and have tried multiple treatments with minimal results. This procedure sounds promising.

I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to learn about home remedies for keloid scars try Skyarza Keloid Expert Star (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

Good afternoon Doctor, my question is if this treatment is the same as the fractionated CO2 laser because in Peru this type of laser is used and by causing burns the keloids still tend to grow, greetings from Peru

I did this 10 years ago, my keloid is huge and on my chest. I got my scar removed and radiated, and it grew back. It looked cool and small and in a cool shape along the new scar line for a while, but eventually it spread out and looks the same and just as big as before. I've also gotten lots of injections. The injections have helped the most but they're so painful and the bruising is insane and lasts forever so I haven't been going back to do this lately. I'm about to try Cordran tape

I couldn't find any scientific article that proves plastic surgery is effective on chest keloid scar. Can you show us some before and after pictures? Best if the pictures are 3 years apart to prove that surgery is effective against preventing keloid from regrowth.The reason I said is because my friend had surgery done on keloid and his keloid grows back and larger. The only effective treatment that I found on scientific article against keloid is Cryotherapy mix injection.

@@VIPPlasticSurgeryLasVegas I skimmed through the article and thought that the sample size of 3 for chest wall in the article is very small and not significant enough to provide meaningful support that surgery and radiotherapy are best effective combination for the treatment of chest keloid, the area of the body that is the toughest to treat for keloid scar. Also, the article doesn't mention anything specific about the result of these chest walls. If you can, it would be nice to ask your patients to voluntarily let you document the progress of their response of the treatment, with pictures that are 3 years apart to show whether surgery and radiotherapy are effective against chest and/or ear keloids regrowth. Hopefully, you can continually update the results with at least a sample size of 500 per each area and publicize the results unbiasedly. We, keloid sufferers, know there are no magic treatments out there, but we still believe in the power of technology advancement and not afraid to try treatment methods that proven with signs of hope.

No one will judge you. You need to go in and and see a dermatologist for treatment for the scar. They are there to help you with your skin problems so have no fear.

If the keloids do come back even with the SRT treatment will the keloid come back smaller ? Same size? Or bigger??

I had SRT done and it came back so far same size as before . My keloids react to everything - injections and cryotherapy and srt - so is better to leave them alone.

This is nothing new. I had this done 10 years ago for keloid scars on my shoulders. Only a few responded and others just got bigger. I wish there was an actual permanent solution to this. Radiotherapy cost around $3000. Don't mind paying that if it worked, but unfortunately for me it didn't.

I had radiation keloid removal. My back responded very well..My chest didn't. I guess it's really contingent on the skin. I had my surgery 2015. My back is still flat but dark. My chest has started to grow back.

I'm now trying internal cleansing something the Medical Medium, Anthony William suggests. He makes a good case in his book 'Cleanse to Heal' everything he lays out ie. causes of many symptoms and disease makes a lot of sense to me.

Have you ever tried radiation? I was in the same boat as you. I had to have them removed, steroid shots in the area, and 3 day radiation. My 1st time was on 2015 and never had an issue with them coming back. I'm currently healing from a large surgery on Feb 25,2021. It's from the right side of my face and wraps around my neck.

Use kanag cream to get permanent treatment... Apply the cream n use Hansaplast Heat plaster n leave it for a week and see that it sld nt get wet by water... Do it for 3 to 4 months n see the results...
