It doesn’t hurt to horribly, it’s looks worse than it actually is. It just takes practice. All the girls on my team can do it.

my feet just don’t bend that way :( if your feet are flexible enough it’s super easy and somewhat painless but if not then don’t do it

This is amazing, like I love choreography but she needs to work on her feet and in general some of technique. But overall it's really good.

I feel like the choreographer added way too much movement like she can never just stops or even do the movement fully because she has to go onto another move right away and it doesn’t work well either cause the song is slow
