Any “evidence” they found in there would have been deemed inadmissible in a court of law and his lawyer should have known that. They scared him into taking that plea. The reason they offered him such a weak plea sentence in the first place is because they knew it was an illegal search and seizure. How was your time n there

Sucked but was fun. I always worked hard and had zero breaks so it was like a vacation. I didn’t have kids yet so I wasn’t stressing my home life falling apart, the chick I was with broke up with me cuz he parents was tripping cuz I was a criminal so I had no chick to stress about. And I always fit in everywhere I went and always been in tune with Jesus Christ and his protection. So I fought some black Jew and that was my only fight. Then I made friends inside that I never spoke to when we got out. My codependent best friend got transferred to my prison at the end of my bid and we got to eat thanksgiving dinner together. And I always had a paper with a quote on my wall of Malcom x . “ the two best places for a man to find himself are college and prison” and at the end of my bid I been to both and did a ton of soul searching. I was speeding as well as woulda died soon more than likely so it sat me down and humbled me. I always said god is in control so I knew a reason was behind it. And then they said only 2% of you won’t return here. And I’m nearly 18 years out and I been living free and not gone back and never will hopefully, I have 6 felonies but have gotten jobs and made plenty of money to take care of my family since. So it’s not all bad so long as u use ur time correctly and strengthen your mind. The only thing with me was by that time I already been against the wall in life a ton of times so I was built for prison. First time I went to jail I was only 10 years old and committed felony larceny with older kids from my neighborhood who were 16-17. But I was nasty at basketball so I competed with the high school kids on ball at 10 so I was always let out the house to go where I wanted since I was like 8. But as long as u never let things define you that are negative. U bow down and repent to the hilt spirit for only he can judge you; maintain the purity in your heart and everything worldly can be forgiven. So I always had that mentality. When I got arrested when I was ten my dads very words were”it don’t matter what the cops or the judge say about u, u have to suffer the consequences yes, the same with it doesn’t matter what other people kids or parents say about ur mistakes,” he pointed to mother Mary and the cross on his bedroom wall then continued”it only matters that u can ask for forgiveness and be granted it in their eyes.” And at a older age u did have a small issue with pills dealing with my sins and not thinking I deserved forgiveness and thought that’s why u would always do well then get hit with something crazy that wasn’t my fault. But it always was my fault for not fully submitting to the hilt spirit Jesus s Christ. When I got home I ended up working at quad studio where Tupac got shot in New York less than 6 months home cuz the motivation I had. One of my realest lines was “my peers went to college while I went to that jail , they posted tuition while I posted for bail, don’t ask for sorrow I just kept it real, and while y’all wished for them snowdays I just wished for mail” it can be a blessing in every fall from grace. But once u realize he never wants you to fall he wants you to let him live within you and for u to praise and love him, everything clicks. It all makes sense. And u end up blessed beyond belief. While schools programming our children to hate whites and praise gays, u get called to school cuz ur daughter is writing scriptures out the Bible on sticky notes and sticking them in the girls bathrooms. I never told her nothing like that. Or your 6 year old who had temper issues and possibly autism starts to show she was just responding to trauma from living with her mother and u come downstairs to her watching “chosen” about Jesus on the couch and u go to change it for her and she says “don’t touch that. They are talking about Jesus and how great he is” or ur oldest is a straight A student and when she needs help she would ask teachers to stay after school and tell me pick her up that day after school cuz that’s what she doing without any encouragement from me to do so. See my blessings aren’t worldly and that’s good food u can survive on a lifetime. Don’t get me wrong there Wordlt possessions I still strive to acquire but none that I’d be sad to lose or giveback, especially if it meant the peace for my children.

If you know a local church or pastor, to ask them to if u can join their church and if there’s anything you can do to volunteer, wether it’s clean the parking lot nmow the lawn or walk the old ladies across the crosswalk on Sunday from the parking lot. Start there. Know that this all was written. And god doesn’t give us things we cannot handle. And if prison is part of your future embrace it. Who cares about PC and whatever they say, if u feel safe in general pop then go with it, but PC is the same as SEG. 23 hour lockdown in your cell and one hour Rec but it allows u time to be alone. I did 4 months in SEG and was in gen pop but I didn’t wanna leave SEG cuz all I did was read all day and workout and I embraced it. I prayed for forgiveness and for protection of all my loved ones. I’m talking anyone I ever said I cared about ever family friend etc. so I was doing good while inside. But the reason I say go to the church because don’t mention it’s why u want to help, take the honest effort to find Jesus Christ as your savior. But when you been there a while and it’s time for court and the offers still suck, u go ask tell the pastor your situation and ask them to come with you. It’s huge when u have this and it helps with mercy not forgiveness. But prepare for the worste and hope for the best. Have a plan going in, if u haven’t graduated high school make your plan to get ur GED, never let them lock up your mind. And like I said, don’t worry about going to PC and what the hood gonna say cuz those people don’t matter in life anymore. And they not gonna be there when u inside either. If ur strong u can do like I did and I was actually the tutor and helped got 23 men their GED while I was inside. There’s a need for Christian’s and Jesus in prison as well. He was on the cross with the crooks and criminals. And still have them the chance. But if your smart and somewhat already have a good head on ya shoulders u find the old timers who bother nobody and I stick with them. The biggest dudes who been down long are also good friends to have. My boy Chuck was a 6,4 250 pound Jamaican wit a crooked eye that been down 15 already and was a real aside but isn’t there for the bullshit. Stay away from the young boys and fuck that gang shit. Inside and out. I done went to war with my whole race in there too cuz of white gangs. I’m white but grew up in the streets before gangs were all over so I ran them outta town when they tried to come up with that blood shit from New York. But while inside all my people was black and I went to war with the white supremacies cuz they hated the fact I was down with blacks so they wanted to get me more than anyone. That’s why the seg for four months. It actually was 8 but I maxed out my senstexe while in seg. But that was to protect myself. But the key is to understand this lesson. And if u get out of it unscathed without jail. Know if u keep fucking around u gonna go to jail. God is gonna wit ur ass down. But it u do sit down ; take it like a man. Be a man about it. And a man ain’t goin in on some ra ra shit screaming gang gang. A man says ima do my time and use this as a lesson and get into great shape and mental strength and go home and show everyone my true potential. Idk the severity but situations like this are make or break. And it u do head up state ima pray for u and that y make the best of your time and u also become part of the 2% that don’t come back. So when that CO says “we’ll keep the light on for u while u gone” ur able to turn around and say “suck my dick next time u see me I’ll be hopping out in our car after fucking your wife” but may god be with u and best of luck
