A fix for the set issue could be, If you parallel 5 a card it does not count for your wildcard and can be used anytime.

Fuzzy I think they should get rid of the seasons or make the seasons longer because the grind takes to long and you can use your favorite cards for a long time

Sets are the whole reason I stopped playing Ranked Seasons, I was so tired of the grind to get my team at least half decent to play online, only to have them be useless in a month. Remove set lock

The show 23 has been great, and one of my favs in recent years. The set thing should be you can use cards from 3 sets at once, so cards do faze out so fast

The sets model is great for content because so many different players get a 99 and god squads all look different but the offline grinding made me quit in the middle of set 2 because I work full time and it was another full time job just trying to unlock cards. Events, World Series and BR grinding should be prioritized

At the beginning of the video that was the slowest 89 Speed I’ve ever seen and the worst jump I’ve ever seen 😂

I changed my PCI to the bat with no other circles and it really improved my hitting.

P5 for batters should've been lowered before this year. They could easily add XP for assists and putouts with extra XP for spectacular play outs (the ones that trigger a choice to show a replay) or stolen home runs to help with the non-pitcher P5 grind. Not a huge fan of sets just don't like the whole not being able to use cards I grinded for after just two seasons of having them. I do like the more variety of cards overall but I feel like it needs to be a balance between last year and sets for pacing and how the release cards and content. I am excited to see what cards we get in Season 4.

I wish they had a wild card for each set. Or two wild cards one on pitchers and one on a hitter

I love the game but the fact that we can’t use certain cards when new sets release really screws some players over considering not everyone can grind the game for multiple hours on end to get the new cards that we can actually use.

In regards to sets and seasons, the 99s throughout the year is great. Gating cards is not good…in fact it’s awful. The solution I would give is keep the seasons the way they are, however instead of blocking a card from being used, institute a penalty for a previous set card by a negative parallel point per season. Example: Tatis 99 from SSN 1 would get 1 parallel penalty starting SSN3 and add a penalty each season. That way, a person who paralleled to 5 would get rewarded still for putting the time in. Also, Set Collection rewards and Other Program final cards should be core.

I don’t even feel like I can properly enjoy having any card because I’m constantly grinding team affinity for pxp

Fuzz, Donaldson has a set 3 card from moonshot. Same with Schwarber; definitely can use the same cards which somewhat defeats the purpose of sets and team variation.

They should have made that Goldschmidt captain card a CORE CARD. It gives really good boosts to cards that are 80-89 Actually makes those gold cards playable and gives alot of options for team builds.

But this year it has truly felt like a chore more than ever to continuously grind to have a team that can compete. Especially for set collections. Sooo much time doing offline grinding.

Half the players on my team are set 2 cards 🥲 and they’ve done phenomenal: The Flying Dutchman (BA over .350), Carlos Correa (BA .285 not the greatest but not too bad either), and my best set 2 card is Dr. SMOOTH with a BA over .300 and numerous clutch moments 🔥 even uploaded some clips 🖇️ on my channel here, my favorite set 2 card and very underrated! Hopefully they add 99 Roberto Clemente 🇵🇷 in this new season!

I have mixed feelings about sets but I do feel like collection cards should all be core cards and if there not you should be able to use collections cards whenever you want. People spend to much time to not be able to use them whenever they want

I like the seasons and the sets but making them ineligible after a certain time just isn’t worth it Also set collections where the vast majority are cards in packs promotes micro transactions which is a massive step backwards

Sets are dumb AF. Just do the same thing without sets. I don't see an issue with giving people MORE choices to make teams with.
