I lived in NYC my whole life . My one bedroom was 1900 dollars . I moved to upstate NY , and brought a house . Funny my mortgage is cheaper.

I've moved around a lot in my life, and every time it's bittersweet. I still like to go back to some of the places I've lived, immerse myself in those nostalgic feelings but also see how things have changed there as well. This reminds me of the impermanence of things, and that it's ok or even healthy to move on. Here is to your next chapter Obi, may you look back later with as many good memories and progress as you have on this chapter!

I've been watching you on and off for a good few years now and can 100% confirm I love both the fitness and the life stuff. The fitness market is overly saturated and you're breath of fresh air. You should get out of the UK and try somewhere like Singapore or Spain where the weather is nice, fitness is a big part of the culture and most of all nice foods.
