@@liabia8226Id guess since she filmed it within a week, she ate each thing on a different day and most likely only ate the portion we see in the video (a couple of bites). Probably balances it out by eating healthier throughout the day or cutting back on other meals in general.

Apparently exercise has very little to do with losing weight. It's all about what you eat. If you eat too much then the next few days you either have to fast or eat very little. Source- I've been paralyzed for a year and haven't gained a pound even though I can't work out like I used to and am bed bound half the time. I also heard this from a doctor :)
