Oh, absolutely she would! I can't stand moms that want to control everything about their daughter's wedding day as if it were them getting married and not their daughter! When I got married, I knew exactly which dress I wanted and I didn't even get to try it on before ordering it because the bridal boutique where I bought my dress had just sold the last one they had in stock. My mom was so afraid I wouldn't like it when I finally got to see my dress in person, but I had absolutely no doubt I was going to love it. It looked exactly as I expected it to and I was so happy and excited. This was a little over 10 years ago now and I would still wear my dress if I was getting married again! I'm glad my mom wasn't controlling about any part of my wedding because I knew exactly how I wanted everything to be. The only thing I would change about my wedding day though, would be the man I married, lol!

If it would ruin HER day to not like the dress, I would very sweetly point out she doesn't need to come. She can stay home and her opinion can be explained to the guests. Not a problem. Smile.

I liked the first dress the best as well. I liked it when I saw it behind her on the rack. I think it matched her theme the best and was my overall favorite for every reason. She looked stunning in all the dresses, even her mom's choice. I like the one she ended up with as well, but still liked the first one most.

You remember that one a few weeks ago about the couple going to be married in France at an Art Deco hotel? They eloped in Paris and had their reception in, I think it was Philadelphia, or maybe it was Baltimore. This show is just for "drama".
