I really wish there was a Jo and Al where I live. My entire life my mom has picked at my belly to the point where I feel like I’m 300-400 lbs and yet I’m not but that’s the way she makes me feel. I’m getting engaged soon and it’s one of the cases where I want something but I don’t think I can handle emotionally everyone staring at me in a dress…thank you Jo and Al for the work you do with all these lovely ladies!

I feel so sorry for her. When overeating is stress-driven, it is uncontrollable. I had that problem for decades. When I got rid of the stress (in my case it was work; and I retired), controlling what I ate became doable. Then I became vegan, and I am now a size 8. Never thought that could be possible. No surgery involved.

This is one of the most inspiring things I have ever seen, in my life. The hardest thing in the world is to love oneself, I think. Others may think we are beautiful and accept what we look like, but yea. Being fine with what we see, is on another level of love. Because at the end of the "isle" you always meet yourself in life. I'm still walking.

Beautiful dress for a BEAUTIFUL lady!

This actually gave me a bit confidence. I will go to Germany in July and look for a dress for myself. I can't get any party dresses in my size here in Norway that hug my body in the right way. I have found a shop in Kiel. The have my size. 4XL (EURO SIZES) or 36 in US sizes. Plus I'm also 5ft10-ish but more accurate 176.5 cm. I want an Hig empire waist, with a tiny bling right under my bust. Plus A-line skirt from that bling-line. I loved the style of her first dress in her second time. The one with arms and laces.

Al and Jo really are sweet ladies and they treat plus size women like they are normal size because in their minds that’s how they want to see themselves. I’m plus size and would of loved to of found these two when I was looking for a dress. I had to get married in a mother if the brides dress it was a plum color but still very pretty. We had a very informal wedding.
