Kim really listened to her concerns and found the right dress for her. I think the fact that she had such a great attitude helped the bride feel good about herself as well.

Having lost 200 odd pounds in my life... you do have issues changing your mind... It does take some time to adjust... and it is a matter of balance in parts of the body. I've always commended these attendants that really guide you.... It's a huge huge head spin... and bridal wear is a crazy game all its very own. Sending love and happiness to each of these brides and kudos to Kim and Danielle for being such excellent help!

Hadn't you posted this video yesterday? Doesn't matter, I love it! Both brides looked amazing, the first one chose a very beautiful dress, she was really elegant! The second one was also beautiful in her second dress but I think she took the correct decision, her attitude was wonderful but a little off and she was right when said was needing time to consider it. P.S. The effort both brides made is remarkable and bravery! Both are beautiful.

I'd like David to KNOW that their wedding isn't an EXCUSE it's the REASON brides work on getting fit and yes lose some weight...that being said what the bride feels and sees when she has the dress on should be the reason she says yes to the dress!!!

I think last bride can do even better than this. A less structured, with less decorations over it but with roushing would show her figure even more.It can be hard to see your new figure after changing, so I think she took a very considerate decision.

Story 1: There is No excuse for incivility. That’s being acknowledged, let’s face it - the availability of size 20 dresses is is far less probable than size 16. Again, NO excuses for incivility. I’m pretty sure that this dress shop had an expected appointment (to say ‘etc.’ is a vast understatement), for which they were, size, and likely preselected style, prepared. Before anyone becomes outraged, I, a size 8 petite, was at one time a size 20/22 petite. Back then, petite was barely even a thing. So yeah, don’t get all outraged on some shop absent seeing that shop’s footage. Now: SO happy this bride had a happy experience this time. She looks lovely. NOTHing against Jenny. I ‘Was’ Jenny.

Are you in the US or UK? Sizes are different. In the US I wear a 4 or 6; in the UK I’m more like a 10.

@@sshms414 Yes - exactly - I’m 5’6” and weigh between 122-130 pounds. Our US sizes are pure vanity though. I noticed that I haven’t lost much weight over the years yet my size has gone down (hence why sometimes I’m a ‘4’)? It’s ridiculous. When I was 15 I weighed 115-117 pounds and was VERY skinny. My size? I was an 8 or a 10. Thirty years later I weigh more then I did then yet wear a smaller size. Makes zero sense - it’s all to make me ‘feel’ better.

@@kkoup35 oh yes I agree dress sizes have changed alot to make you feel thinner😅 but wedding dresses at least in the UK you have to get a size bigger. They are always on the small size( or probably normal size)

what does she mean by "dressing as a size 20 and not a size 16?" It makes me slightly uncomfortable because it implies that perhaps the same applies to a size 12 and a size 8, where one should be more covered up because they're fatter...? I think she should have phrased it as "when I was less confident about myself" because I know for a fact that there are girls at size 20 that do love their bodies.

Just passing by on a marathon of my own ha, I think it was meant more along the lines of (I think Jo and Al said it) that once a woman looses that weight, what they see in the mirror and what size they actually are can be two completely different things. The bride has an image of herself in her brain at her higher weight, so that influences their decisions.

First bride " I'm 29 " and I'm 😲😲😲😲!!!! Do all these Westerner women look older to their real age ??? Not only her body is big though she lost lots of weight but her face looks like 45 years old woman's face . And second bride doesn't look like appropriate for her age either . Anyways , congratulations to first bride for finding her dress and Emma looked nice in the second dress , unfortunately she is stubborn as my beloved grandmother Emma was .
