Thank you for reacting to this song. MAPA is a timeless song that is so relatable to everyone. It als show Filipino culture for being family oriented. We always take care of our parents when they go old thats why nursing home is not very common here.

This song is how I discovered SB19. I was taking care of my dad who was 96 and in failing health. This song got me through the final year. I have watched many reactors of all ages who thought they were getting an upbeat song break into tears after realizing what the song was about. The original lyric video has over 85 million views. All their ballads will put you on an emotional rollercoaster! Liham, on the Wish USA bus also has English subs. It's a letter to their fans but has many interpretations. Ilaw is another favorite. Watch the official lyrics video for the best English translation. I dont remember what you have seen already but every song they produce is great! Thanks for the reaction. Give your Mom a call! 🙂

SB19 makes not just nice beat or sound but meaningful songs. You can relate to it. It’s all about living our lives and the experiences we go through. The ups and downs, the pain and gain and the love of family especially for our parents. They are really a special and talented group.❤😘👍

i was moved to tears by how you control your emotions🥺 i saw you were really hit by the lyrics of the song. btw, i am one of your newsubs because of sb19 💙 i hope you also watch their live performances in AAA .. that was incredible and you will definitely like it😊 you can hear their live vocals clearly while they're dancing. no lip syncing, their back track is not too strong and not over powering their vocals 💙 they've always give their all everytime they step on stage 😊and that's what i liked about them. you can see that they really love what they do.

MAPA which is in tagalog for map and also a word play for Mama and Papa. A song/tribute to our parents for their hard work and sacrifices done to raise us. They are our map whenever we are lost, they give us guidance in whatever we do even if we get old.❤ Thank you for this.😊

If i may add sir, LA,TA RA TA Ra is a lullaby Pablo's grandma used to sing to them when they were small..So Pablo , who wrote the song has incorporate it.

It's ok to be emotional sir, because as Filipinos we are also have that close bond with our parents (deceased) and now with my siblings ,I have 6..We see to it to gather every occasion there is, so when it comes to family , I became emotional..it touch my heart❤️💜

IMO this is probably their best performance of this song. I like how they incorporated some of the better vocal changes/choices from the "band version" while keeping the tone and mood of the original version.
