When I saw this home, I knocked on the door not expecting an answer. The grass was about 6 feet tall and the home was run down. After waiting for a while with no answer, I spoke with the next door neighbor. She told me that the home was bought yesterday and she had the new owners phone number. You don't seem to understand, he doesn't do this for free - he gets paid by promoting lots of businesses, advertisements, KZfaq and all the tools are given to him for free from the business he's promoting. Lots also sell their own merchandise like hats and t shirts etc. Yes, it's technically "free" for the homeowner (if there is one at all), however these people are very well compensated. I like watching them too btw, but only if there is minimal advertising.

I just want to commend you for the service that you’re providing for your community and people who really need it. I don’t know why exactly but I love watching the transformations. I’m a 72 year old woman and I used to love to mow my yard. I had a failed back surgery over a year ago and can barely walk. I’m getting surgery once again in hopes I’ll be walking soon. This yard was actually really crazy tall. There is one before shot from the front of the house where you cannot tell there is a house there. I think the thing I am most impressed with is your constant attention to detail. When you cut down a plant that is growing up the side of the house or up a fence, you make sure to pull down the plant also. This one was certainly an amazing transformation! Great work, Spencer, I am sure the neighbors and the new owner are very pleased with all you did to clean up this yard.

Oh man these are all so satisfying. I love watching your transformations. A lot of people on YT do these now but I’ve noticed the different levels of quality of work. You are definitely meticulous and you go above & beyond! I would LOVE to see some of these mowing transformations finished off with pressure washing too! As someone who bought a vacant home last summer ( hoarder home yikes) I can tell you that this work was so extremely appreciated by the owner. It took weeks to be able to just mow the lawn, and I'm STILL working on the landscaping a year later. When you buy a vacant home like that, you have so much work to do on the interior, the landscaping is the last thing you want to spend money on. You saved him so much time and money and are taking so much off his mental load.

Absolutely amazing. You always bring the sunshine back to the house. The house's you clean up look like someone a long time ago, took great pride in their homes. I’m watching this in Ireland and just wanted to say what an amazing job you do! I don’t know you do such physical work , you must be stuck to the bed on the following morning,! I hope you get some good and paying jobs out of all your incredible hard work,I would love to see some neighbours help you through since they are benefiting by the clean up

Your level of detailed work is wonderful. I am 75 and do my my yard because young people dont want to work hard anymore. I have even tried some of your cleanup tricks..such as putting the weeds on top and then mowing them.

My son thinks I’m nuts to watch lawn mowing videos. Not certain how I came across you but I watch because the transformation is amazing. Thank you for all you do. I hope people realize that this 30 minute video is 8 hours of hard work. 😅
