I mean all of them have faced hardships in the entertainment industry so they can empathize with Ciipher. Especially Eunwoo he was always criticised for not being up to par with the other trainees. In all likelihood the reason why the company was willing to spend so much effort on him was probably because of his face. So he can understand the struggle of not being good enough at singing, dancing etc.

OMG I had no idea he was in no mercy, I was scared of feeling bad for the eliminated members so I didn't watch the show and I just focused on stanning the debuted members, that being Shownu, Wonho, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Jooheon and I.M.

Also, I think it adds up to the reason why he felt touched and about to cry when seung gi comforted him-like what he said. From all the experiences tan had before debuting, he must really appreciated what seungi had said to him❤️

Yup. In this case, they will felt more because when this shooting, they not debut yet... and most of them been training in other company which selection for debuting member maybe more hard.. for example the x-trainee of YGe (sorry, I only know about YGe system...)

Ooh it definitely brought them to the worst of the worst things they can imagine. But guess what? It’s all a fake scenario and they have tasted what it feels like to fail. It’s kinda like vaccine, being exposed to the weaker version of the virus so the antibodies trained and prepared for the real virus. This weaker virus (the worst case they can imagine, but turns out doesn’t have any real consequences) will train their mental and has some preparation in case the real deal happens to them. And like eunwoo said, this experience is equal to 10 music shows. Heck with the prank, it’s also equal too 100 other shows as well. They have a big jumpstart just because of this one episode. Exposure, connection, experience, mental preparation, and professionalism. And most of them are positive! The way they all cried at the end shows how close they are to each other (as some groups really keep their relationship just a work friend). Connection to a big senior in the field. Experience to do the best they can in front of influential people. Mental preparation for the worst case scenario. Lastly, being professional in front of the camera. And they are still haven’t debuted yet when the show was recorded. Even groups that has just debuted probably dying to get this kind of experience. Having said all of that, unfortunately, this kind of things still happens in many workplace. Even worse, add more cursing and morally degrading words. And happens more than once a day. I heard it’s especially tough in korea and japan, as this is what is expected if you want to work. All in all, i hope they become a successful group.

All kpop trainees went thru hell, i dont know them but i feel sorry for those guys esp this prank will give them trauma esp those who shed tears. They stand there and continue being embarrassed by MITH cast im sure theh wont forget this prank. Rain needs to console those guys properly. 😌
