After they added the new members,I didn't watch Running Man for years. I just started a couple months ago. As someone who loved Running Man, I can say it's not the same at all even the games are not always interesting. But most importantly the dynamic of the members changed. I think the producers should have had a trial run with the candidates before announcing new members because it's hard adding new characters to an established show. Here are my complaints about the show 1-I have nothing against Jeon So Min but I don't like her in Running Man. It's okay to have crushes but how can you have a crush on every single male guest?. I don't know if she's like that or is that the role she's playing, whatever it is, it looks really bad. 2- Running Man needs to stop with the lovelines. It worked with Monday Couple because it was quite natural. Gary was charming and cheesy. Also Gary, in the beginning, seemed to at least like Song Ji Hyo for real. Kim Jong Kook and Song Ji Hyo work well together, but that doesn't mean there needs to be a loveline between them. It's quite a terrible idea. Jeon So Min and Yang Se Chan, well that just screams desperation to me. 3- Yang Se Chan is NOT FUNNY. Even if I gave So Min a pass, Se Chan makes it really unbearable. He just looks out of place. I don't know how he's a comedian, even Knowing Brothers' Kim Young Cheol would have been a better choice than him. And Kim Young Cheol is the least funny comedian I have ever seen. I remember an episode where Se Chan kept making scary sounds every time he saw Kwang Soo and laughing quite proudly, so I thought "Does he really think he's doing a good job?" Side note: Kim Jong Kook and Hong Jin Young don't like each other that way at all. They're close and get along but that doesn't mean they have feelings for each other. If you watch Kim Jong Kook's body language or expression, you can see that he's not that comfortable with having to do those things with her. I think his experience with Yoon Eun Hye makes him reluctant with lovelines because he knows that will follow him for some time.
