The Nara representative team seems to be led by nakamura, and the 16 people of the team get chosen at a different event by him. Hatanaka talks about the group tandem ("super dantai") that All-star Kansai is well known for and how this event is the only kind of event in Japan where you could see that kinda action. The rest of the sr sounds need no translation
