And I didn't even think about using Flame, Grant Me Strength and the new talisman that boosts magma. What a shame... welp.
The build is as follows:

60 Vigor
20 Mind
26 Endurance
26 Strength
18 Dexterity
11 Intelligence (could be 9)
35 Faith
49 Arcane
The talismans I had equipped were:
- Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman
- Haligdrake Talisman +2 (didn't have the stronger one yet)
- Stalwart Horn Charm +3
- Radagon Icon
The physicks flask had the Crimson Bubbletear and the Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear.
By the way, I know the dragon transformation was the wrong one for Dragon Communion spells, but I didn't have the other one yet, unfortunately.
