when I use the image always written ( couldn't do it:error: uninitialized constant:Sketchup:image ref) plz give som solution

You'll get a better warning with the latest version. But this means you are using SketchUp < 2018 and the image tools don't work for you.

how to create those images ,height maps ? or how to get them ?

Easiest is to simply create black and white images and then blur them a bit, e.g. in Photoshop. But you can also use color images, e.g. from a web search.

They only work in the installed version of SketchUp Pro, not online. But just go to the Extension Warehouse window to get started.

Are those squares components?

Yes, although it will work also with groups. Components give you better control over the origin, though.
