Finally a model steam locomotive sound effects system that actually sounds like a Shay and Heisler and not a rod engine! Bravo!!! I would love to have that in my 0n30 engines!

I always thought the comments were chronological, but they are not. That’s stupid!! These are wonderful videos of a wonderful display. I am an ex-model railroader (too many kids) who enjoys seeing well detailed layouts on u-tube, but I must say, this is #1 in my book. Congradulations Krause, beautiful scenery and beautiful track work, and beautiful rolling stock. It looks portable....how often do you display it?

Great show what sound did you use. Great detail on the locomotivies and rolling stock?

I'm not into Steam Locos, but No.5 is really cool. The Mechanical bits are... Amazing, and a bit hypnotic. If you watch it long enough, you'd swear you can see tiny bits of oil flying off. By the Sound of it, it seemed to be Revving(?) higher than it should for the speed it was traveling. Even when the Revs slowed, it didn't appear the Loco did. (Maybe it was the Video, or my eyes getting tired). I could (Almost) watch it all day. No. 12 has a similar drive system, but the Sound seemed a better match. Never the less, a very cool Layout. I would enjoy seeing, and hearing the Locos more. I prefer the more modern Diesel/Electric A, and B units in G Scale, with a handful of Cars, and A Bullet Train, but I'll (Most likely) never get to see them run. Worst yet... I'll never Hear them. Thanks for the great Video. I'm going to start a Play List with this Video... If no one minds.

Such a superb model project, all excepting the trees. They look like some bizarre alien mutation of hardwood trees (Birch?) and an Evergreen.
