The adviser I'm in touch with is *Jude Ryan Mcdonough* He works with Merrill, Pierce, Smith incorporated and interviewed on CNBC Television. You can use something else, for me his strategy works hence my result. He provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.

It is the collective for me. The not having a support let alone a system. I'm surrounded by idea thieves, competition addict's and full out haters. So I usually end up working alone in my craft. I feel like a minnow in a pond of sharks.

Not making upto a million before retirement is an unfulfilled retirement. I’m 54 and my wife is 50 . We are both retired with over $3million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. No longer putting blames on the FED for our misfortunes. Saving and investing lifestyle in the stock market made it possible for us this early. Even till now, we earn weekly.

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I would say for me it’s getting the collective right is the most important. I think it’s easier to make the right choices, have courage and build the right character through proper imitation and implementation when you have the right people.

In my own words I would say a cultivation of habits define a character and good character leads to a well defined explanation of a good life. Live well with virtue honor and courage.

I have to confess and say the collective is the one that keeps me counting Cs at night. After some thought I could not help but feel like the collective it is that pressure point that binds the remaining two together. I think about the quality of my decision making has to be juxtaposed against of the diverse ideas and perspectives to bounce off against both from within and without . I constantly have to navigate the group dynamics and finding the balance between the nay sayers and my cheering tribe. And that's where that African proverb comes in, "Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu." It's not just about humanity being interconnected. It's about the courage to make decisions stemming from the collective wisdom and support you gather around you. The quality of that collective, the strength of those connections, that's what shapes your choices and create a fertile breeding ground for courage necessary to take action.

Collective is the word. Rome was not built in a day but the large number of men working towards one goal made the job easier. As an entrepreneur you need the right support system beside you. You are also human meaning you have strengths and weaknesses , your team will surely have someone who is an expert in that field of the business. For me I'd say actually starting on the ventures I have ideas for.... I have been seeing opportunities but I think the most realistic thing to do is put it on paper and start looking for potential investors.
