I have used practically all remedies, but what made a difference for my hair loss control was these things. 1 glass warm water to drink as first thing in the morning. Using hair comb of neem wood. Using micro fiber towel on head wash day. Some light exercises. Using litttleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit once or 2 times a week.

Make sure to Shampoo ur hair two to three times each week. Stay away from oily, greasy food. Apply the hair with natural hair oil 2 times per week. Go for a wooden neem comb instead of an comb made from plastic. Include an scalp massager while shampooing. Don't use harsh shampoo.
