The only thing I dont understand is you shoot every scam but never complain about it on twitter or anywhere else so that proper action is taken. Ye toh galat baat hai.

This is the right step taken against pantry car manager.They have make the overcharging on every eating product whereas it is railneer or veg or non veg thali. Even they sell the railneer water at price rupees 20 but its actual price is 15rupees per bottle. This is a very big scamp. Our rail minister has to look at this and they should have to take strict action against this.

I was traveling in seemanchal express. Pentry man were selling rail neer water bottle for rupees 20. I complaint about the matter. Then he came to say sorry and requested to take back complaint. But I refused to do so. Recently I received a call from railway officials that he has been fined with rupee 25000. And the officials requested again to take back complaint. Again I refused to to the same. I request you all to must complain about the unfair trade practices they are habitual of this. Today They will say sorry to you but later they will again sell products at inflated price. So please must complain if they do wrong to you.

I once had to travel from Mgr Chennai to Ernakulam Junction and my bad luck, I got reservation only in Patna - ERS express for 3rd AC.... The journey was too bad, The whole coach had a bad smell and could not even enter the toilets till Katpadi jn where the cleaning was done. Trains running in the North are in this dirty condition

The way you showed awareness about pantry scam was amazing. Good you did not pay them anything for such a scrap food. Hope public doesn't end up becoming victims under such scams. And, regarding gutka gang menance, the authorities should impose spot penalty on them. Atleast the co-. Passenger should catch them and insult them for dirtying wash basins and toilets, making it non-usable for others.

Directly or indirectly the Railway itself is responsible for price hikes. They charge such a high amount for pantry contract from contractors(Rs 2 crore - 3 crores) and these contracts can't help but to hikes prices. But yes, we being consumers should not hesitate to ask for bill.
