Happened to my mom one day.... She can't speak English and i was only 9yrs that time... We were standing near the bank of our area and a scammer called my mom but she can't speak English soo she gave it to me...he said "sir your account needs to be renewed and it's going to be shut down soon"... As soon as i heard that i chuckled because we just came right from the bank to deposit cash and we didn't have any problem 😂....

There are scammers all over the place. I post items on FB, Craigslist and OfferUp and like 75% of the ones who respond are scammers. Crazy and I know people fall for it

im fb messaging a guy who hacked my brothers account and even photoshopped a cashapp receipt to make it look like the money went to my brother after the guy said he wanted the money sent that way 😂 ive been bullshitting him for the last 3 hours

You'd think you'd be smart enough to not try to scam people, on the page of a group of people who literally hunt scammers and make their lives miserable (rightfully so of course). These guys really suck at what they do, and the only reason they see any level of success is because they prefer to prey on people who they consider to be of weaker intellectual ability (such as the elderly or people with mental disabilities), which makes it all the more satisfying to see them experience the fear, and rage they put other people through. I've seen posts from these scammers. They stick out like a sore thumb. No social media accounts, especially FB, are worth trying to 'recover'. These sites should be doing more to protect their users, but guess they haven't the time because they are too busy taking the customer's $ for themselves. 🙈
