Scammers sent someone to my grandpa's house once. Scariest shit ever. Luckily he had a ring doorbell we got notifications from so we saw this strange car waiting outside and we were able to stop it. But they do this, in part because so many people they are scamming can't drive due to their age or health. Terrible people.

@@aqueneable I wonder at how he pulls it off🤔. I think he develops really strong Back Stories for each of his characters. He draws on these with amazing skill. He also is aware of scammers’ ignorant prejudices about affluent and late middle-age Americans. He uses their ignorance against them and of course, their rapacious greed. It’s a brilliant touch to let ‘Joe Biden’ believe that Kit thinks he’s only being sworn at because Joe is a friend and being ‘candid’. I have worked in a factory where the rule was to swear graphically at coworkers you liked and be polite to the ones you didn’t. Being sworn at in extreme terms was a happy experience and you had to swear back in even more extreme terms which I can’t do here!

In this case, I'm not sure if the best part is that the scammer wasted so much time, or how much his hopes and dreams were destroyed. It was "only" $455k but he was sooo hyped. *edit* nevermind, the fact that Kitboga profits more the more time is wasted, is clearly the winner.

This series was so incredibly good. I liked the angry Steve, the bathtubs, the chickens, the password challenge, the gauntlet, the AI... etc. I love everything Kitboga does, but this year-long series put together is the absolute GOAT of Kitboga’s scam-baiting content. I absolutely LOVE how whenever they threaten like “do you want me hang up” / “do you want me to go?”, he always completely misinterprets to avoid being hey getting any form of upper hand. It works so well, because they can’t even get angry because it’s vaguely reasonable that someone who truly believes he’s your friends would think you mean it in a neutral way. “I mean, sure, if you need to go, call me back whenever you need” 😂😂😂 so so so so good

@@michaellind4387 No I was referring to why the exchange rate of the USD and the Indian Rupee is the way it is. One Rupee is worth less now because of inflation within the country reducing the value of the currency. Now that's not the only factor affecting exchange rate but it is significant.

Its so crazy listening to this one made me realize this is like doing drugs. I'm a former addict and the emotional highs and lows he goes through are extremely similar to the ones I would go through when picking up. His whole demeanor changed when he saw the BTC he was joking he was nice etc. Just ine example of many throughout the series.
