The purpose of my channel is to document my cancer journey to look back on, and/or help anyone else going through anything similar. It is also to potentially help loved ones supporting those who are in this fight as well. This is also an easy way to update a lot of people at once. My main goal is to have footage of this journey for my husband and children to look back on. I originally created this channel as a sort of video diary for my
family.
Thank you so much for following along on this journey. Your love and support help me so much.

The comment of "glad to see you eat, I'm proud of you" broke my heart! My mom passed away from metastatic throat cancer April 20, 2021 and she wasn't able to eat because of the tumor in her throat. A feeding tube was placed to try and get nutrition in her as well as a tracheostomy so she could breathe! She passed on a Tuesday morning and the Saturday before she passed i had made dinner and tried to get her to eat. She took one bite and said she couldn't. That was the last time she ate ever! I thought if i could just get her to eat she would be ok. 😢 I'm praying for your family!

Here after Jenny left us. So heartbreaking. May she rest in peace! She was and is truly such an angel! I couldn't comment without mentioning Jenny, but I just had to say something. They gave your sister 36 hours? That's awfully specific! Was she told that right when she was diagnosed or much later after her cancer had progressed? You made it sound like she was diagnosed and immediately told she had 36 hours left. What type of cancer did she have and what made them think she had less than 2 days left? She must have been in pretty bad shape at the time if they thought she only had 36 hours. It's incredible she lived another almost 8 years though, wow! I'm so glad she got that time, that is really incredible! If only everyone was so lucky and blessed! So sorry for your loss!❤

I have only a hint of what you're saying, but if I wasn't only stage 1, it would be been the same for me. It makes most people uncomfortable. And I'm one of those people for whom no topic is off limits if someone else wants to talk about something. Doesn't seem fair. Maybe explain the situation to one person and ask for them to listen? If you're like me--a fiercely independent person--they may not even realize. I'm sorry you're feeling abandoned.

@@ourcorrectopinions6824sorry don’t know the LMD reference so I’m gonna believe it means the main thing is Living More Days in love with God, Jesus and life. So glad the scans have uncovered further wrenches to throw at the rabid, good for nothing cancer as it slows down to get over itself and let you good folks cross those hot coals and be done with the tiring therapy. You can rest later huh guys? Beating this stuff down is worth every effort. Keep the faith and love on HIGH. We love y’all back. A Prayer Quilt? I have never heard of such a thing, so I googled it ! The people who make the quilt pray for the person they are making the quilt for as they tie off each threaded quilt end. OMG, What a BEAUTIFUL IDEA AND THING TO DO ! Just like to say I love your pink hoodie and heart shaped glasses, so pretty and cool. You guys are a great team ! Saying a PRAYER for you! ❤💕👍🙏🏻😊

Thank you so much. This granny in Indiana (me) is so invested in your journey and praying continuously. I’m glad your team remains hopeful that treatment can prolong the time you have all together with your family. Prayers for peace and good days and for the shingles to be gone.
