I understand the reasoning behind the addition of background music. But please, when a Scania V8 is working, no music is needed.

I used to drive one and it was chipped up to something like 780bhp it sounded nice and pulled better than anything since, but that was the best thing about Scania's I don't like the rest of the trucks.

Such a beautiful flatnose Scania. I drive a longnose International here in the States, and I RARELY see flatnose trucks anymore, but a beautiful truck is a beautiful truck.

Думаю эти машины обслуживают не на дороге, а по регламенту. А если что, дотащат до сервиса и аккуратно всё сделают, неспеша раскидав всё аккуратно.

For europe you are correct. America has long straight wide roads which means cabovers nimble handling is not needed, the american trucks are more aerodynamic which saves in fuel and long wheel base is more comfortable on those types of roads

@@pkopo1what are you on about? The only reason cabovers exists at all is length restrictions. As they did in the US before the restrictions were abolished. All that other stuff you made up yourself.

@@NotASeriousMoose cabovers literally have a much smaller turning radius and also you can see the actual dimensions from the inside which makes driving in a city MUCH easier. Its literally not about length restrictions

Why is having a better turning circle a reason not to use them? They're definitely not less aerodynamic. European trucks are a lot more powerful too and a lot safer for all road users. American trucks are an impractical statement and that's all there is to it. That's fine but let's not pretend otherwise.

@@larry365 Americans don't have to use European trucks. American roads don't have the disadvantage of being small like in Europe. Even their city roads are gigantic. Plus American trucks look beautiful with that bonnet. Why do you have a problem with that.

The US really needs to being back cabovers. And big bore v8 diesels. I love my K-dubs but damn that throaty v8 is a sound i never get tired of hearing.
