Regarding the "STUDY" filter. I got a Permissions warning when using PAPER MONEY. I confirmed the "STUDY" filter is available in "LIVE" mode.

If you wanted to find stocks that are good candidates for an Iron Condor, would you say scanning for RSI 40-50 would be a good option?

Maybe not a bad start. Just need to follow it up by looking at the price chart as well as the RSI because the RSI isn't a perfect indicator of what the price is doing, but it can be an easy way to narrow down a long list to a short one. ^BM
