Scaredy and Dave are excited to go to Paddleball camp for the first year ever. The only problem? The counsellors won't let the campers play Paddleball. Scaredy must battle dirty cabins and camp food to bring the joy of paddleball back to paddleball camp. Then, Scaredy becomes the new weatherman and the town starts to go crazy for the weather.
