Is there a reason your company has you make up drills when you were on orders? I’ve been activated to help out with state side missions and the only time I’ve had overlap was when I asked to go to AT even after serving two weeks with another states NG to help refresh BC skills.

I'd become a 88 Mike if you wanna get your cdl on the civilian side other than that I wouldn't choose 88m

Just close your eyes during the asvab, mash on the keyboard a lot or if it’s written just scribble a bunch in crayon and you’ll qualify for 88m

I didn’t know anything took only 5 practice tests and I’m doing split training option as an 88M I got a 34 on the asvab and the minimum to join is a 31
