Sister is spot on with the Childish Gambino comparison for JPEG, he sounds very similar imo. You can very much hear it on Kenan vs Kel or Grimy Waifu.

Quick correction: Peggy didn't have any problems with his record label, he said in his No Jumper interview that they were chill and let him do what he want, he was basically independent anyway. I don't think he's ever said his label had anything to do with the differences between LP!'s ONLINE and OFFLINE version, I'm pretty sure he was just having trouble clearing the samples.

8:34 The title is a reference to the old collectable card series called Garbage Pale Kids that were of monstrous kids, and you would usually get them with a stick of gum Though it could have a double meaning with what you said
