Drink plenty of water thats what I am doing now because dew months ago my eyes were blurry for 2 weeks and blood pressure was like 180 but it's a Blessing 🙌 to have my eyes back and eating more healthy now and drinking a lot of water

Happy Father's Day Mike Rich! Definitely stay hydrated if you're going to be outside in the heat! One more suggestion for you, wear light colored clothing as well. Wearing black in the heat does not help your body cooldown outside, and that can definitely contribute to heat exhaustion/heat stroke....

I have an episode with heat exhaustion or heat stroke every single summer. I know exactly what you're going through. Keep drinking water, Gatorade, and anything with electrolytes. Get well soon. It gonna take a couple of days for your body to really bounce back.

Hey fam first and foremost Happy Fathers Day brother enjoy. I did the same thing when I first started dieting and going to the gym. I supplemented minerals in my water bottle with a packet called Liquid IV. Game changer for hydration for sure. Good luck and stay healthy

man, I'm so mad I got those Deion's in my regular size (11.5) I definitely should've went up a half size.. I wore them yesterday for my Father's Day outing.. and mannnn my right foot was HOLLIN'!!! it was cool when I was walking, and moving around.. but, man whenever I sat down I could feel all of the uncomfort.. maybe I need to take the insole out when I decide to try and rock them again.. hopefully that might help some.. but yeah man, my right foot was thumping in them joints..
