@Здравый смысл Ты же понимаешь, что он не начинал сразу с таких тренировок заниматься. Ты же знаешь это. А то, что ты пишешь про "остановку сердца" как раз и самый явный пример "того, кто ищет оправдания"

такие тренировки не дадут ему особых плюсов в игре, во первых ВСЕГДА будут соперники которые бегают быстрей,прыгают выше и т.д. во вторых соперники отлично знают ВСЕ финты которые можно выполнить с мячом и весь этот фристайл с мячом в ИГРАХ не используется не ко г да. В третьих подобного рода тренировки могут сыграть злую шутку т.к. он приучает себя к индивидуальным действиям на площадке,что в корне идёт в разрез ссомой концепцией баскетбола! это КОМАНДНАЯ игра. Теннис ,бокс,плаванье и т.д. где ты сам за себя там да, это оправданно,в баскетболе НЕТ. Тренироваться надо с командой,иначе на поле буде не игра,а грустная пародия где каждый тянет игру на себя. В баскетболе важно строго выполнят установку тренера на игру. Умение видеть поле. Умение читать игру. Понимание того ,что ВСЕ твои действия должны быть направлены на победу команды! а не на пополнение личного счёта забитых мячей. Парень старается,хотя всё это показное и на камеру,возможно ему выпадет шанс пусть доказывает. Сейчас полно комерческих турниров 2х2 1х1 и т.д. вот там он бы смог себя реализовать ,всё в его руках!

В его тренировках просто тонна смысла и развития. Он готовит себя к будущим играм. Я видел как тренируются другие баскетболисты или даже футболисты. Одни и те-же монотонные повторения. Его тренировки дают невероятную подготовку и стойкую базу для игры. Я понимаю, что ему нужна команда. Но во первых, коммерческие турниры где то в Африке? Пф) Но, во вторых, я уверен, что так как там есть кольца, спокойно может быть и сама игра с его друзьями или тип того. Он в других роликах показывал, что он во время тренировок заниматься не один. И делает это всё он ради того, что бы в один момент его заметили. Дали шанс. И он будет к нему готов.

Если честно , то просто нет слов 🤦🏻♂️ . Даже не знаю как выразить эмоции , 21 век на дворе , но есть места на земле , где до сих пор нету элементарных вещей для тренировок. Наглядный пример , как рождаются и становятся чемпионами . Парень просто красавчик , очень скоро кто нибудь хайпанет на нем , а он соответственно получит билет в жизнь , ждём продолжения , не за горами , как мы увидим его восхождение 👍💪🙏🔥💯
