I wouldn't say that the person who hits the combo first wins, but YBA is already going down the path that skill is no longer involved. Reworked Scary Monsters is a great example of this because of it's insane damage dealing combos and destructive power. Plus, once you hit 20 hp, you just die. Which essentially means that you have 20 less hp while fighting Scary Monsters. Another example of this is reworked vampire, reworked White Album, and heck, even reworked Crazy Diamond. Uzu also has apllied a mentality to the game which is "release now, fix later" which is a terrible mentality because people can abuse it while the stand isn't balanced yet.

The F key in question: In all seriousness, sm is shockingly easy to avoid. Almost all of its moves are blockable, or parryable. The only moves that arent (to my knowledge) are both versions of dino dash, and the last hit of claw barrage phase 2. Also, you cant use the sm "beatdown" (its not really a beatdown, it doesnt have the same mechanic) right after fossilization, since the game doesnt allow it. On top of that, the skill tree is STUPID expensive (on lar with twoh im pretty sure). And the moves have pretty okay cooldowns. So its not that the stand needs to be nerfed into the floor, the community just needs to learn how to block and parry. Cant do insane damage if half your moves get parried or blocked.
