It has a bad blade, you have to balance the weight on one of the blades of your ceiling fan, the model of mine is the M56LG but if you start to have that problem, simply stabilize the weight of one of the blades and that's it, like that easy

I was a UMS 260/C which the motor wobbles but its been like that since installation back in 2007

you should better do a checkup. Usually if it wobbles like that, the shaft bolt gets stripped from the down rod and it becomes more fragile than before

@@FanTV474 did tried tighten it when I changed the capacitor but that bolt seems tight

The blade seems loose amd the noice came from the downrod nut of the motor whe ot wobble *the blade is dented sorry*
