One thing to help calm you down Concentrate on your heart rate, and concentrate on slowing it down. Once your heart feels slowed (it doesn't have to be too much slowed, just a tiny bit) you should be able to survive a few jumpscares

i’ve seen 3 other people play this game who all got different results, and i will say that depending on how you answer a question, you will get a different following question for each answer (the answers previous also change what pictures you see). for example, someone else chose disgusted for the snail question and was given a question about an old woman rather than a little girl with ice cream. pretty neat test huh?
