I have visited once baripada hospital for simple eye checkup ...in a room there were two doctors one married lady doctor wad i guess senior doctor and another was young guy resident ...the lady was sitting with her legs up and sended all patients to him and she would just not even let him do checkup properly..seeing the whole view I was so disgusted ..for this kind of doctors the prestigious post is being degraded ..

ଜଣେ emergency doctor 5 ଟା unit ପାଇଁ ରହୁଛନ୍ତି। ଯଦି ଜଣେ patient gasping କରୁଛି, ମରଣ ମୁଁହ ରେ ଥିବା ରୋଗୀ କୁ ବଞ୍ଚାଇବା ଡାକ୍ତର ର କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ନା ଆସି blood ଲଗେଇବ? ଯିଏ ବି ଥିଲେ ସେ ରୋଗୀ ଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆସି blood ଲଗେଇଲେ। ଏଥର କୁହନ୍ତୁ କାହାର ଭୁଲ? Hematology department ଯିଏ ଯାଇଥିବେ ସେଠି ନର୍ସ ଦିଦି ମାନେ ହି blood ଲାଗନ୍ତି। ସେ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର ଯଦି ଏତେ ରୋଗୀ ର ଭଲ ଚାହୁଁଥିଲେ ତାହେଲେ ନିଜେ ଲଗେଇଦେଲେନି କାହିଁକି? ସବୁ ପରେ ଏତିକି କହିବି ଏତେ ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜ ହେଲା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ରୋଗୀ ସବୁ କାହିଁକି କଟକ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି? କାହିଁକି ଅନ୍ୟ ସବୁ ଆଡ଼େ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରି ହେଉନି ଯେ ସବୁ ରୋଗୀ କଟକ ଆସିବେ। ଗୋଟେ ମେଡିସିନ ୱାର୍ଡ ରେ 30 ବେଡ କୁ 120 ରୋଗୀ କଣ ପାଇଁ ପଡ଼ି ରହିବେ। ଡାକ୍ତର ମାନେ ତଳେ ବସି ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରୁଛନ୍ତି କଣ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଭଲ ଲାଗୁଚି ରୋଗୀ ଙ୍କୁ ତଳେ ପକେଇ ରଖିବାକୁ? ଖାଲି 20 ଟା ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜ୍ ଖୋଲିଦେଲେ ସବୁ ସମସ୍ୟା ର ସମାଧାନ ହେଇଯିବନି ? ଏଣିକି ଜନତା ଯାହା କହିବେ........

First u should read who is the authority for blood transfusion. Nursing officer is not responsible for blood transfusion becoz there is so many reactions during blood transfusion.Don' t try to escape from ur mistake.
