Brother hijab Can you please explain the relationship between free will and time because if we are created within time and Allah swt is outside time then he as the determiner can allow us free will to practice within the limits of time/space. If we have expressed free will while we are living our lives Allah has already determined it as he is outside the bounds of time...thats my understanding and would be great if u can elaborate on it or discuss in ur debates

Hijab needs to brush up on his free Will arguments because I have heard many Muslims theologians who explain it very clearly and rationally

to prove that in third person we can't demostrate free will it's sufficient to remind the interlocutor the we can't prove we're really conscious and not robots that act as if conscious. I would highly recommend brother hijab to look into a channel called dawah is easy where he explains the issue of free will. He says in all of his videos pretty much that we can have free will even though Allah has the gadr or destiny because he is outside the universe, outside our time frame and he might be outside of time alltogether. This makes it possible for Allah to plan ahead in other words because he plans around our free will and does not control our will. If any anyone wants to understand how everything is determined and yet we have free will. Here's a small summery. Our actions are written down but we don't take those actions because there written down. Rather they were written down simply knowing how we're going to act. Therefore we have free will. But our futer is already ditermind.

To my understanding, what you believe in is totally independent of the freewill (as the atheist said; yes I agree with that). But, the freewill works only for choosing between right and wrong. In other words, a person having faith can be an evil person, in the same way a disbeliever can be a good guy. That is freedom of choice for your actions not your set of beliefs because belief only comes from strong personal conviction.

Wrong Brother Hijab, we do know how God mixed human's free choice with predetermination. One word: omniscience. God is Omniscient, in other words God knows every one of our choices before we were even created and hence God has made reality predetermined following our own choices that's why we are free in our choice while in the same time predetermined to do God's will.

to sum up free choice the actual answer sin the the state of defining free will which means ability of having to CHOOSE . Allah SWT has determined everything but we still have ability to think of a different choice that is free will . Free will can also be defined as the ability to think otherwise .

I am trying to answer the question about free wills, we have free wills, but we can't do whatever we want, suppose a child is walking with his father, he is jumping and playing with a ball, Father can hold him or let him play as long as he wants. Suddenly the ball slips away to the road where cars are running, the child decide to go there but it is dangerous so the father now intervene and grab him. All the time while the child is playing it was the will of the child as well as the fathers too, but the father had the control over child, he can stop him or let him play. Or example of a flying kite, the kite is flying going right wrong ups and down but the main control is on the hand of the guy who is flying it.

Allah determines all things but we still have free will. These two things seem to contradict each other. As humans we can't understand this mystery. Does this mean that Allah can create a rock that is too heavy for Him to lift or create a squared circle? Also, if Alllah determing everything and people having free will is something that nobody can understand; a mystery if you like. Is this not similar to the mystery of the Christian Trinity whereby God is One but in three persons?

If everything having been written. The question is how do you have free will. If you didn't have free will. I believe God would always choose what's best for you and what's most beneficial for you. You wouldn't have wars and crime and racism and hate and all of these horrible things that people do.

Allah determined the free well to human beings. Therefore human beings have free well. If Allah dose not determine the free well. I'm a muslim but this mohammad hijjab is very annoying guy, he wants to look funny but he is not, he touches people non stop which is very annoying, he gets distracted easly from surounding etc etc...
