So if this word/god became flesh then it means this was countless of billions of years before Jesus was born but their scripture says that he only became flesh at the time he became a baby inside Mary's belly so another massive issue. And the even cleverer among you who have been keeping count will realise that we have yet to add the holy spirit into the mix. Have you been keeping count? According to John 1-1, there were 2 Gods in the beginning. 2 distinct Separate individual eternal entities. If there was "The Word" and it was there in the beginning with "God" that means they were never 1 even "in essence" like the childish excuses they give. Even if were were to entertain that nonsense does it mean that Jesus and the HS were watered down essences since they had less knowledge and power than "The father"?? The OT completely refutes the claims of trinitarians on top of the NT not even claiming itself. Numbers 23:19 - God is not a man that he should lie, nor the son of man that he should change his mind. It can only be talking about one God becuase if it was talking about 3 then he just relegated Jesus as he became a man.
