I shared lots of tips and tricks for scene building and I also shared an easy shifting technique to create that fun background using the Twirl-it Checks stencil. This card can easily be a birthday card, thank you card or a card for any occasion for the nature lover in your life! Just change up the greeting and you're good to go!

I absolutely love to fish. I am disabled and I spend as much time as I can at the lake close to home. Fishing is healing, the hook slicing the air to plop in the water... This card is beautiful Gina and so unique ❤

😃What a cute card! My husband and I have retired from tent camping and backpacking. Once upon a time, I saw a bumper sticker on a camper ... "PAST TENTS". I assume that belonged to a very clever English teacher. 💡

Hi 👋 Gina and Tom. Sorry I missed the live. Catching up on the replay. Just to let everyone know, you can also use the blending stumps to blend out watercolour pencils using Gina’s method but with water. It is also used dry in art for blending out soft graphite pencils and charcoal in drawing so your Gina K blending stumps have many uses. Happy drawing everyone ❤

Don’t you think the inside of the tent should be colored? Maybe use the hook stamp for the fish?

I keep a small fan on my craft desk and I turn it on when I’m using Gamsol. It helps disperse the scent.

Is Gamsol the same as Isopropal alcohol?

No, gamsol is an odorless mineral spirits made for the art industry. Not the same thing.

I looked on Amazon to buy more Gamsol and it was going to cost me $50.00 so haven't i am lookinh for an alternative. Any ideas anyone?

You could try Lavender Spike oil or Zest-it.
